An Exciting New Health Juice!!

Finlinea Healthwits Juice - Karela Juice, Jamun Juice and Aloe Vera Juice

How good are concentrated natural juices?

I was always told that eating fresh fruits or cooked vegetables is better. This is due to the fact that when you eat the whole fruit or vegetable, you get the roughage and the digestion works better. Some even believe that the nutrients get destroyed in the process of extracting the juice and if the vegetables are over-cooked.

Our family has always been heavy on fruits and vegetables consumption. Still, somehow all us have been facing a variety of health issues. Specially, my parents have high blood-pressure and diabetes. Their cholesterol, though not alarming, needs to be managed with the help of pills. The youngsters in the family suffer from low immunity and hence frequent bouts of cough and cold. Some people are not happy with the quality of skin and are forced to try out multiple skin care creams, lotions and face-washes.

I was doing some research on the cost-effective natural solution for common health issues as part of a writing project. Incidentally, my book – Happiness is All We Want!, is focused on helping people take charge of their physical health, mental well-being and spiritual development. I am also a proponent of tackling health and well-being issues from within rather than applying stuff from outside. Our family has started relying on many natural diet supplements in last couple of years with amazing health benefits including reduction in dependence on allopathy medicines.

As part of this research, I came across Finlinea Healthwits concentrated juices (www.finlineahealthwits.com). Our family has been using these products for few months now. The juices are very different from ‘juice’ in traditional terms. These are purely therapeutic juices and not to be confused with beverage juices that you get in market.

Healthwits juices are concentrated, pasteurized and packed in half-litre bottles. They are the Jamun Juice, Aloe Vera Juice and Karela Juice. Best part is that they are all sugar free and natural products. The recommended dosage is 30ml, two times a day. Hence, a half-litre bottle can last about nine-days.

One can choose one or multiple juices as per specific needs. The advantages of each are listed on the bottles but I will outline them here for your convenience.

The Aloe Vera juice is suggested for improving digestion, immunity boosting and improving skin quality. The nutritional properties of Aloe Vera are well known as it is very high on anti-oxidants and Vitamin E, making it suitable for body detox. Using this has given visible relief from acne and improved skin radiance for someone I know.

Karela (Bittergourd) juice was always touted by my mother as great cleansing agent for the gut. I didn’t know that it has anti-diabetic properties, weight-loss and skin-care benefits as well. It purifies the blood and helps with skin infections, allergies and acne. The juice is surprisingly less bitter tasting. The well cooked Karela sabzi loses most of the nutrients for sure.

Jamun juice was the one I tasted first, anticipating the sweet/sour taste of Jamuns but I was surprised again. It has the natural taste of Jamun but a bit less sweet though. Again, it is diabetes friendly, improves digestion, immunity booster and high on anti-oxidants. This is suggested for people with high blood sugar as the Glucoside, Jamboline and Ellagic Acid from Jamun seed help in controlling the conversion of starch into sugar.

Since the Finlinea Healthwits juices are available in highly concentrated form, they save you the trouble of eating many kilograms of the veggies to get the equivalent nutrients and anti-oxidants. You can keep eating your normal fruit and vegetables to get the roughage and taste.

The Finlinea Healthwits juices are sugar free products and do not give us the usual sugar-rush that we get upon drinking the normal tetra pack juices but the nutritional value is pretty high.

On the whole, our family has experienced reduced dependence on medicines and chemical products after we used these juices for a few months. Over a long run, the natural supplements are cost effective since they save you from chronic illnesses. Typical cost of treatment of diabetes, blood-pressure and cholesterol can run into a couple of hundred Rupees everyday. Compared to this, these juices are still cost-effective and come with no side-effects at all. You can order these at Finliea Healthwits Website.

One word of caution may be added here. While these nutrition supplements have medicinal properties, you should not discontinue your medicines without consulting your doctor. In most cases, the medicines already prescribed need to be continued as it is and need to be monitored over time.

The supplements help us in preventing the intensity of blood pressure or blood sugar problems from increasing and will reduce these slowly over time. For youngsters, they may help in pre-empting development of such diseases.

Being proactive about your health and well-being, tackling them with natural products and relying on internal solutions is the way to a healthy, happy and fulfilling life.

Finlinea Healthwits Juices are currently available (with free home delivery) in Mumbai, Thane and Navi Mumbai at 10% discount if you buy two or more bottles. Soon to be launched all over India. More info available at www.finlineahealthwits.com.
